This quest covers the final 9 chapters of the Westing Game. To give some context: the bomber and the mistake were revealed and Chapter 22 subtly reveals the thief. However, the thief reveals themself to the rest of the heirs later in Chapter 26 if you have gotten past chapter 22 without catching who the thief is.
