This quest teaches students about Positive Psychology and includes an application-based assessment! The quest includes topics such as the history of positive psychology, including the Western and Eastern influences, famous scientific experiments and studies, as well as the application-based assessment. The application-based assessment includes 5 options for students to incorporate concepts from positive psychology into their daily lives (practice for 5 days and reflect on their experiences). Moreover, the quest includes an optional "secret path". This lesson can be integrated into a grade 11 sociology, anthropology, and psychology classroom, as well as in a post-secondary positive psychology classroom.
